What happened next
Gift Voucher Kiosk launched a chatbot and app version on Product Hunt in June 2018, and by December 2018 its domain carried Masha.ai, a shopping and gift chatbot with AI-powered wish lists. In November 2019 Startupticker reported that Masha.ai, a product of Push.ai LLC of Zug with Frederik Van Lierde as founder and CEO, had closed a 500,000 euro seed round; the UK company GIFT VOUCHER KIOSK LTD had been dissolved that January. An archived copy shows masha.ai still online in January 2025 under a Push.ai gmbh footer, with nothing newer than 2022; a push.ai gmbh in Zug had bankruptcy proceedings opened against it in February 2023 and was deleted from the register on 5 May 2026, and both sites now fail on expired certificates.
The voucher site became the Masha.ai chatbot under Van Lierde's Push.ai LLC; masha.ai was last archived in January 2025 under a Push.ai gmbh footer with nothing newer than 2022. A push.ai gmbh in Zug had bankruptcy proceedings opened in February 2023 and was deleted from the register in May 2026, but the register data names no officers and does not mention Masha.ai or Van Lierde; both domains now fail on expired certificates and no statement from the makers was found, so the business's current state is unknown.
