Front still operates at front.com, where the old frontapp.com address now redirects, selling customer service software built around the shared inbox. In June 2022 it announced a $65 million Series D at a $1.7 billion valuation and said it had nearly 8,000 customers; in July 2025 it relaunched the product with AI features, and it posted product updates through August 2026.
