The Brighton Twitter tool that renamed itself Swift Social.
A Brighton agency's Twitter-growth service that raised money on Indiegogo, renamed itself Swift Social in 2016 and was rebuilt in 2017; its site still offered free trials in May 2022, and the company that had carried the Swift Social name was dissolved that October.
Tweet Rocket's listing promised "Twitter taken care of." From Brighton, it offered a service for "organically growing your Twitter audience", with "a real, human team of digital marketing experts" setting up each campaign. Signup took 90 seconds and campaigns went live within 48 hours. The Wayback Machine saved the page in July 2019, three years after the name was dropped.
In December 2014 EDN carried a release presenting Tweet Rocket as a new tool from Brighton digital marketers, at $79.95 a month. StartUp Beat named its founders in April 2015 as Arni Lochner, Kirk Fletcher and Craig Curchin, who had run the agency Wonderlabs. A company formed in July 2014 as Showstoppr Limited, with Fletcher and Lochner as directors, became Tweet Rocket Limited on 1 June 2015. That December, Fletcher told Bugtrackers.io that an Indiegogo campaign had "got over funded."
On 5 February 2016 the team's blog posted "Goodbye Tweet Rocket, Hello Swift Social", saying "users wanted the same set of tools at their disposal for other major social networks." In March, swiftsocial.com still sold Twitter management and claimed more than 700 customers in 38 countries. Tweet Rocket Limited was dissolved by voluntary strike-off on 2 August 2016. Wonder Creations Limited, whose directors from 2012 included all three founders, was registered as Swift Social Ltd from January to October 2016.
In April 2017 the blog introduced a Swift Social rebuilt "from the ground up", then said the team was raising £75,000 for equity on Crowdcube; no source found gives the result. By August 2018 the site offered free trials of "Social Media Made Simple" and said people in 70 countries used Swift. The last archived copy that returned a page, from 28 May 2022, showed the same offer. Wonder Creations Limited was dissolved on 18 October 2022, and no record found says which company ran Swift Social after 2016. Today swiftsocial.com answers with an HTTP 403 error, and tweetrocket.co does not resolve.
