The Paris platform for investing in European SMEs that turned to property.
A Paris investment platform that pitched a catalogue of European SMEs, made its first property loan in 2016, was bought by the broker Groupe Empruntis in 2022 and now leads with real estate crowdfunding.
Raizers survives in the directory only as a Paris browse card, captured on 22 August 2019, giving its stage as alpha. The card described "an online investment platform that allows every person or company to build and follow its own portfolio through a full catalogue of European SMEs, selected by our analysts team," and cited its French accreditation as a participative investment advisor.
Maxime Pallain and Grégoire Linder co-founded Raizers in 2014. In a 2022 interview, they said the first idea was to present startups to their investor community, raising between €300,000 and €2 million per company. In 2016, they said, they financed a property development by lending to a developer, and investors began to follow.
That October, La Libre reported that Raizers had opened offices in Switzerland and had started in Belgium that September. Its country manager for Belgium and Luxembourg said financing was split 30 percent in luxury goods, mainly Swiss watches, 30 percent in property and 40 percent in innovation.
In July 2022, Mind Fintech reported that the mortgage and insurance broker Groupe Empruntis was buying Raizers, by then active in four countries and credited with nearly 230 projects worth more than €220 million. Finance Héros says France's AMF authorised it as a crowdfunding service provider in June 2023, under the number FP-2023-5; raizers.com gives the same number and says "Agréé AMF depuis 2014."
Finance Héros now calls Raizers a platform "100% dans l'immobilier," and Argent et Salaire says the earlier SME financing was dropped. By Finance Héros's January 2026 figures, 24.37 percent of the money raised was in default, meaning more than six months late or in insolvency proceedings, though no final losses had been recorded. In September 2026, raizers.com led with real estate crowdfunding alongside life insurance, SCPI property funds, ETFs and private equity, and said it had more than 50,000 members and €450 million invested.
