The Perth tool that redirected website visitors by location.
A Perth geotargeting service, listed from 2015 to 2019, whose business name was held by V&T Technologies Pty Ltd from 2016 until the registration ended in August 2019.
Geolify's Stompstart listing called it the "#1 Geo Targeting Tool For Websites." Seen on directory cards from October 2015 and captured in full in July 2019, the Perth listing described a service for creating "URL redirects for your website based on a visitor's geolocation," and for delivering images and content the same way. Geotargeting a site usually meant installing "an expensive IP to location database" and writing "tons of code," it said; Geolify offered a visual editor instead, with no coding at all, and promised higher click-through rates from content matched to each visitor's location.
A SideProjectors showcase dated 13 May 2015 described the same tool, built with PHP and MySQL.
Australia's business register shows V&T Technologies Pty Ltd, a Western Australian company whose business number dates from 30 December 2015, holding the business name Geolify from 15 April 2016. The last archived copy of the service, from 10 November 2018, listed eight tools. Geo redirects were "great for TLD redirection between websites," geo links suited location-dependent affiliate links, and there were geo content, popups, notification bars, images, blocking and JavaScript functions that returned a visitor's country, state, city and coordinates. Setup took "one line" of JavaScript, a trial included 5,000 free page views, and the footer read "Copyright ©2017 Geolify (V&T Technologies Pty Ltd)."
The Geolify business name registration ended on 29 August 2019. V&T Technologies' business number is still active. By May 2026, the address carried a site for Geolify Ltd selling AI search services; no record we found connects that company to V&T Technologies or shows a sale of the domain. On 29 September 2026, geolify.com did not load because its security certificate had expired.
