Dasheroo said goodbye, then got bought two months later.

A free small-business dashboard from San Francisco that announced its closure in October 2016 after failing to raise money or find a buyer, and was acquired by FreshLime that December.

Dasheroo's December 2014 listing promised "the most easy to use, insightful business dashboards in the world," pulling Google Analytics, AdWords, Salesforce, Facebook and LinkedIn data into one place for anyone from "a 1-person show" to a larger team. It ended in capitals: "And, WE'RE FREE!" The screenshot uploaded with it is a wall of metric tiles, bar charts and line graphs.

In October 2016, Dasheroo announced it would close. Its announcement, as quoted by TechTrends KE, said the company had been "unable to secure the necessary financing or find an acquirer." The same report named its founders as Janine Popick and John Hingley.

The goodbye turned out to be premature. On 6 December 2016, FreshLime, a customer retention marketing company in Lehi, Utah, announced that it had acquired Dasheroo and would bring its more than 30 integrations into the FreshLime platform. The release said Dasheroo had 29,914 users in 150 countries over the previous year. Terms were not disclosed.

What happened to the dashboards after that is harder to see. dasheroo.com blocks automated visits, so its current state could not be read.
