What it does
The listing presented ZKOO, which Exvision called the first gesture tracking camera based on its Hi-Speed Vision technology. It mimicked multi-touch so people could gesture-play existing games and apps on PCs, tablets, set-top boxes, consoles and smart TVs without modification.
What happened next
Exvision launched ZKOO on Kickstarter in December 2015 with a planned retail price of $120. In October 2018 Nikon's private fund, Nikon SBI Innovation Fund, acquired all of its shares, and in August 2021 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Nikon, where it still works on high-speed vision. The ZKOO website no longer resolves.
