“Smart inbox management”

MailMatters is a powerful enhancement to Microsoft Outlook to streamline inbox management. The MailMatters robust drag-and-drop rules engine serves as a powerful alternative to Outlook rules and folders to provide filters, grouping, and views that increase individual and organizational productivity and quiet the 'email noise'. MailMatters is network-aware in that inbox settings are shared among different devices for each user through a cloud sync capability. And the MailMatters ‘Going Away’ tab is a great option to support notifications of expiring messages per the company retention policy. Email volumes have doubled since 2009 and (until now) inbox technologies have not kept up to allow users to more effectively manage the massive volumes of email volumes they are dealing with through a state-of-the-art triage-based approach to inbox management.
